When moving into a new condo they had the broadest selection and price ranges to personalize my home. I am drawn to Italian design and they have ample choices in the store.
The sales people were always there with advice and suggestions. I never felt pushed or rushed to buy anything, and when I was ready the transactions went smoothly. Special orders or changes were handled smoothly and with a smile.
Recently I needed parts for an item that was out of warranty. The service department were able to order the parts from the manufacturer in Italy for me. Then I was given a choice of installing it myself or have them come to my place to do it.
I really appreciate Inspiration Interiors standing by their products.
Everyone from the owners to sales people to delivery staff are polite, knowledgeable and handle everything with aloha!

Dana Uyeno the Assistant Manager was very professional, knowledgeable and very fun to shop with. There were so many beautiful choices but together we found the perfect size sofa, love seat and accent chair that I was looking for.

Barb was most helpful with my furniture questions. She was responsive and resolved issues quickly regarding delivery and furniture assembly(the dining table was assembled incorrectly). She managed to help replace it when the crew could not correct the mistake.
She also handled the cancellation of one of my orders swiftly refunding the deposit I made.

Stephanie was great! I had questions about delivery. She was very fast responding by email. Surprisingly fast which was great! Delivery only took a few days. Since I wanted removal of my current sofa couch she set up the removal with an outside company. They to were professional and friendly.
