I want to say how awesome working with Roto-Rooter was. Has a pretty big problem that then turned into a major problem when the 1 collapse in my kitchen drain line became 4....
But the techs they sent to my house, Anthony and Brandon and the other 2s who's names i don't remember were awesome! They answered every silly question I had when I didn't understand what a part was, or the direction we needed to go cause it just seemed like everything wrong in a concrete slab drain pipe went wrong at once.
But working from home and starting a new job I was worried about noise level among other things, but man aside from the tile hammer the first day, could barely hear them! And that isnt a fault in the tile hammer, work was kind enough to give me off that day since we knew it would be loud!
But they really came in clutch and helped me with a massive problem I was having and prevented me from spending a bunch of money just to have the same problem again!

I came to her from another orthodontist that I was extremely unhappy with and since day one, she’s made me feel heard, comfortable and like real progress is being made with my smile.

When I say I've been a patient of Dr.Carter's, I mean for 20+ years. I was treated as a preteen and teenager by him and his father. I am greeted and treated like family. So much so, I am now bringing my children here too! The technicians are very gentle and explain to my children what is going on and why. I have never in my many years as a patient been surprised by hidden costs, to extended care without need. Many of the staff are the originals I had as a teen, and that speaks to the care and appreciation Dr.Carter has for his staff. I wouldn't bring my family anywhere else!

The office has such a warm, family atmosphere — you truly feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. It’s always very clean and well organized, which gives great peace of mind.
The quality of care is outstanding, and the pricing is very fair for the level of service you receive. We especially appreciate that they are one of the only orthodontists in town who accept insurance, which makes treatment much more accessible for families.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Eyeworld. I was greeted as soon as I entered the door and everyone was very nice. Alexis assisted me with my glasses. This was my first time buying prescription glasses. She was very helpful and took the time to explain everything. She made the process so easy. There were several things, I did not understand and she was very knowledgeable and very detailed.

Nikki, Jeremy, and Donna all provided me with quality care. My whole appointment was very calm and relaxing, everyone was friendly despite the early hour, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen! The ladies were very helpful picking different frames for me to try and giving opinions to help me pick something that looked nice on me. Jeremy was my tech and he was very personable and explained everything in a way that made sense! The doctor is able to see everything they need to virtually (in most cases to my understanding) through the imagining done by the techs, and will review it with you on video call. The whole experience was very good from the start to the moment that I walked out the door. Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant and very professional in how I was treated. At each step along the way each person explained what they were going to be doing, and again they were all very pleasant and professional. My journey there has just started, but because they all did their part to make me feel welcomed I have no worries as to what's going to hapoen. I would recommend the EyeGuys to everyone. Let them help you like they're helping me.
