This was my first visit to the Augusta location, but my wife's second visit to a place that she could not stop praising and promoting. We visited here on a Sunday morning, and it was worth the drive. The warm, friendly, polite staff made the visit even more inviting. It is the kind of bakery that one visits when you want to over indulge in delicious treats. There is something for every one. To many menu choices, you can buy everything you see, but, it is best to try a few menu items each visit. Meaning that you will have to go back to try the rest of the menu. This will be our Sunday morning date. It is the kind of place that you visit at least once. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

I had a great experience with Beech Island with a difficult job. My 1926 era cottage had 50 year old duct work that needed removal and replacement - in a tight crawl space. Also a new vapor barrier and dehumidifier were recommended. The crew and foreman, Josh were super. They communicated twice daily, kept us informed, and completed work on schedule. The owner Johnny A. was on site as well to check out the work. I am fortunate to have had a recommendation for Beech Island from a trusted friend.

We had been looking for a new washer and dryer for weeks and Howard's was the 5th place that we visited. I didn't have any confidence about the washers and dryers that we saw at the other places, plus most of them either had low inventory or lousy sales people. Doug, our sales person at Howard's, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was really happy with the quality and price of the washer and dryer that we ended up purchasing...loved the modern look with the affordable price tag. We paid extra to have them delivered and installed, and also for them to haul our old ones off...it was worth every penny. Tyrell did a great job with the delivery and also ensuring the new units were functioning properly!

My tech was Kyle today. He was awesome! He was professional and looked everything over thoroughly. He was able to repair my refrigerator same day! Which I was expecting to have to wait at least another week or two to get the part. He went above and beyond my expectations and was able to locate the part locally and get the job done! He answered every question I had and was beyond helpful!

Even with the hurricane happening in middle of our build the crews were back at it with in a week and we had no damage to the house.
