He speaks Spanish, which made everything so much easier for us to fully understand the process and ask questions comfortably.He didn’t just do a quick inspection — he checked the entire house carefully and explained everything step by step so we knew exactly what was going on and what to expect. Thomas was phenomenal! I appreciate his flexibility! I called on a Wednesday evening, around 6pm and was able to schedule an appt for Friday at 930am. He expressed grave knowledge throughout the service, and provided great recommendations specific to my home. He's so personable, efficient, and quick. The entire service took about 1.5hrs, and I have a 3000+ Sq. ft home. The price was EXTREMELY reasonable for a Preventive pest treatment, especially for today's economy. I was able to pay with my credit card via a link, which was easy and very convenient for me. I can't thank him enough for such a smooth experience. He really set the tone for future encounters.
