Our experience at UCF Lake Nona was truly incredible. Hilary, Miranda, Dorothea, Lenora, Monique, Dara, Lillian, Jessica, Brittney, Cathy, Amber, Julia (and I know I’m forgetting some) were all so kind and attentive. There are more lovely, caring nurses there than I can even count, including the lactation team. We felt so supported the entire time.
Amy Lamb, RN IBCLC, was such a gift to us. She is unbelievably patient and just so gentle in the way she shows up. I never once felt rushed, dismissed, or judged. She takes her time and makes sure you actually understand what you’re doing and why, which meant so much when everything felt new and overwhelming.
She’s incredibly knowledgeable, but what stood out even more was how much she genuinely cares. You can feel that this isn’t just a job for her. She truly wants to help you and your baby, and she goes above and beyond to do that.
