If you are looking for someone who knows Honolulu jewelry, Roz at the 32nd Street Navy Exchange in San Diego is my person. We met Roz at a Costco Road Show a couple of years ago. We still go to her even aa she transitioned to the Navy Exchange. Roz gets to know you as a person. More than just “a” customer. She’s very personable, outgoing and it goes beyond the sale. She helps you find pieces that fit what you are looking for and she makes recommendations based on what she’s learned about you. I purchased a beautiful bangle from Roz. Roz took the time to explain and compare the different designs, options, metal weight, etc…. I was so happy with how it turned out. It’s become a daily piece of my wardrobe.
Roz and the other salesperson, Shania, make a great team. They are my Honolulu Jewelry Company go to people. We miss Geneva. She was a great asset to this team.
