From the moment I walked in, Vee, the Sales Manager, made me feel like a VIP. She greeted me at the door by my first name as if she already knew me — such a thoughtful and personal touch! Her warm smile and incredible energy immediately set the tone for an amazing visit.
Vee was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, not only about Orangetheory’s programs and offerings but also about health, fitness, and overall wellness. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable and confident about my first session.
After that wonderful introduction, I had my workout with Zayna on the 5x5, and she was awesome! She made me feel welcomed, encouraged me throughout, and followed up to make sure I was doing great — that extra attention really stood out.
