This was my first visit at this facility upon recommendation from a friend. I was greeted upon arrival by a friendly young lady at the desk. I observed a meticulously clean & attractive environment. My exams were done by another friendly young lady who was patient & thorough. I was then seen by an intern Dr & after by Dr Edith Weppelmann. Both Dr’s were courteous, explained the situation, gave next steps & answered my questions. Checkout was a breeze. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Dr Gaterbaum is a excellent optometrist. He’s very thorough and knowledgeable. He explains everything clearly and gives good advice. He’s the best physician I go to. He’s honest and trustworthy.

First, the charming Ms. Rucha, her patience and kindness on the phone and in person is so much fun. Her delightful chuckle and laughter had us laughing along with her.
The young lady Ms. Jakahla was kind and so very patient. She carefully explained each step. We really appreciated that.
Dr. Gilbert is a genuine and real professional. This dear man LISTENED to our questions he did not rush us, the best bedside manner in the business. He was the ultimate professional, he was also very compassionate. We did not feel as if we were on a conveyor belt being rushed through the examination.
