I am beyond grateful for the experience we had with Abstract. He pierced my daughter’s ears, helped change out jewelry and re-pierced my septum and every single moment was handled with such care, patience and kindness. As a mom trusting someone with your child can be nerve-wracking. I was anxious about having my septum re-pierced but Abstract’s calm voice and steady presence immediately made me feel safe. He took his time, explained everything and never made us feel rushed even as walk-ins.
The way he treated my daughter was what stood out the most: respectful, gentle and reassuring. That kind of professionalism and heart is rare. You can tell he truly cares about the people he’s working with, not just the piercing. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced in a tattoo/piercing shop.
