I called the salon and Sadie answered, and I’ll admit—I had a little “please let this be the one” moment. I’ve been through more stylists than I’d like to confess, and somehow we never quite clicked or landed on a look that felt like me. But from the second Sadie picked up the phone, she was so warm and upbeat that I instantly felt at ease. She paired me with Katie, and that’s where the magic started.When I walked in, Sadie greeted me with the sweetest smile (and refreshments… which already earns bonus points in my book). She was just as kind in person as she was on the phone. Then I met Katie, and for the first time ever, I felt like a stylist truly met me where I was—not where she thought I should be. She listened, she understood, and she made me feel completely comfortable.
