About this role

About Newform Newform is a performance marketing agency that manages around $100 million per year in spend for tech and mobile brands. They specialize in helping category disruptors scale paid social through a content-led approach.

The agency has an in-house content team that produces thousands of ads monthly to drive efficient growth for clients. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead client relationships and media investments, overseeing media buyers and creative strategists to drive efficient spend and scale accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee annual budgets ranging from $1-10 million across media channels like Meta, Tiktok, and Google
  • Lead client relationships, communication, and develop cohesive media strategies with a focus on creative
  • Proactively suggest optimizations to enhance clients' media program efficiency and scalability

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-8 years of paid media experience, preferably in agency or consumer app settings.
  • Expertise in Meta is essential
  • Experience managing accounts with 7-figure annual media budgets
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills are required
  • Preferred: Deep understanding of mobile advertising (SKAN, AEM, MMPs, etc)
