About this role Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records. Assist in maintaining and reconciling the general ledger accounts. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Contribute to the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders Participate in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations Assist in maintaining and reconciling the general ledger accounts Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting operations Monitor and report on financial transactions to maintain accuracy and transparency Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
Required Skills & Experience Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Familiarity with accounting principles and practices Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Strong understanding of journal entries and general ledger processes Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Good communication skills, both written and verbal
