About this role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor Trainee. In this role, you will learn the essential functions of a Service Advisor, acting as a liaison between customers and our service team.

You will ensure that customers receive outstanding service and care, while also helping to manage service operations efficiently. This is an entry-level role with room for career advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in understanding their vehicle's service needs, ensuring clear communication between customers and technicians
  • Develop knowledge of service processes, repair orders, and vehicle maintenance
  • Communicate service updates to customers in a clear and friendly manner
  • Assist with customer follow-ups and service reminders
  • Handle customer concerns and issues, working to resolve them in a professional manner
  • Facilitate customer appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service scheduling
  • Learn to prepare accurate cost estimates for vehicle repairs and services
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and warranties

Required Skills & Experience

  • College education preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
  • Basic knowledge of automotive services is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
