About this role

Our client, a global leader in premium digital media and technology, is seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Content Strategist to join their team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind how one of the world's most influential podcast platforms shows up on social media---connecting millions of fans with the shows, creators, and stories they love.

Key Qualifications Experience: 5 years in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within the entertainment, streaming, or media industries. Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the podcasting landscape, including leading/emerging talent, industry trends, major networks, and listener behaviors.

Responsibilities

Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams---including production, editorial, and partnerships---to execute global campaigns and evolve brand voice
Management: Oversee internal and external content tracking, ensuring all assets meet brand standards through the approval process
Strategy: Manage day-to-day social programming to drive timely, culturally relevant storytelling across major platforms
Education & Experience

Innovation: Stay at the forefront of platform updates and cultural trends to develop innovative new formats and creative concepts
Optimization: Analyze social performance metrics and data to continually refine and optimize the overarching content strategy
Partnerships: Act as a key point of contact for external partners regarding content development and production
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
