Sr. Enterprise Agile Delivery Lead

The ETS Business Systems Delivery (BSD) Customer Engagement Pega department supports, manages, and implements a portfolio of ETS system capital initiatives with our Customer Operations, Electric Operations, and Customer Energy Solution business partners. This ETS team supports each initiative from conception to implementation and provides the necessary ETS support required to either enhance existing systems, create or enhance interfaces and or design, develop, test, and implement new applications.

The Customer Engagement Pega Team is looking for a senior Project Manager with strong communications skills, to work with our existing ETS delivery team to design, develop, test, and implement key functional enhancements based on business requirements from our product owner and regulator. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, can help foster relationships, facilitate and coordinate standard project operations and support and drive excellence.

Ensure the project team complies with operational standards and adheres to Microsoft Azure DevOps protocols for reporting tasks, defects, and time

Collaborate with the team to implement and maintain the overall project or work plan

Coordinate project schedules in close collaboration with the Product Owner

Manage relationships and coordinate activities across teams in different locations
