About this role The Quality Inspector plays a reliable and sustainable clean energy products

The Quality Inspector plays a critical role in upholding Quantum's commitment to safe, reliable, and sustainable clean energy products by ensuring that every component and finished system meets rigorous quality standards. Responsible for conducting inspections across a dynamic 2nd shift manufacturing environment, serving as a frontline guardian of product integrity.

Works closely with production and engineering teams to support Quantum's quality systems and drive continuous improvement. The Quality Inspector position involves inspecting production processes and products for acceptability, performing various types of inspections, and utilizing specific software for managing gages.

Responsibilities Inspection of production processes and Perform receiving, in-process, final, and Utilize GAGEtrak software to manage

Inspection of production processes and products for acceptability
Perform receiving, in-process, final, and shipping inspections
Utilize GAGEtrak software to manage gages by inputting data, sending recall notices, updating the database, and preparing reports
Adopt and implement Quantum's Quality Assurance Procedures and Departmental Work Instructions

Required Skills & Experience High school diploma. Associate's degree Minimum 2 years quality inspection Experience working in ISO 9001

High school diploma. Associate's degree in a technical field is a plus
Minimum 2 years quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience working in ISO 9001 or ISO TS16949 environments
CMM experience is preferred
