The agency has an in-house content team that produces thousands of ads monthly to drive efficient growth for clients. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead client relationships and media investments, overseeing media buyers and creative strategists to drive efficient spend and scale accounts.

Responsibilities Oversee annual budgets ranging from Lead client relationships, communication, and Proactively suggest optimizations to enhance

Oversee annual budgets ranging from $1-10 million across media channels like Meta, Tiktok, and Google
Lead client relationships, communication, and develop cohesive media strategies with a focus on creative
Proactively suggest optimizations to enhance clients' media program efficiency and scalability

Required Skills & Experience 3-8 years of paid media Expertise in Meta is essential Experience managing accounts with 7-figure

3-8 years of paid media experience, preferably in agency or consumer app settings.
Expertise in Meta is essential
Experience managing accounts with 7-figure annual media budgets
Strong presentation and analytical skills are required
Preferred: Deep understanding of mobile advertising (SKAN, AEM, MMPs, etc)
