About this role

Backend-leaning infrastructure role focusing on building data foundation and execution systems for AI agents in accounting Product infrastructure role involving production data models, correctness-sensitive workflows,

and agent execution systems

Responsibilities

Migrating Truewind from legacy data models to cleaner domain models while maintaining live customer workflows
Building orchestration for agent workflows and execution systems
Designing schemas, repositories, services, APIs, and workflows
Building and maintaining data pipelines for financial data

Writing migrations, backfills, validation checks, and test coverage
Migrating customer-facing product modules to new domain models
Creating internal tools for debugging data pipeline failures
Improving observability and data quality checks

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in product infrastructure, backend engineering, data infrastructure, or distributed systems
Experience with async jobs, queues, workflow engines, retries, idempotency, and failure recovery
Experience building agent runtimes, tool execution platforms, or secure execution environments
Strong coding ability in TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust, or similar

Experience with ERP, fintech, billing, payments, reconciliation, accounting, or financial data systems
Good judgment around system boundaries, reliability, observability, and operational simplicity
Strong experience with relational databases, schema design, migrations, and data integrity
Experience with sandboxing or isolated execution technologies
