About this role

Marketing & Business Development Specialist position at a growing NJ based Law Firm in Hackensack, New Jersey (Hybrid). Collaborate with the Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer and Marketing & Business Development Manager to enhance the firm's visibility, strengthen client relationships, and drive growth.

Manage social media strategy, website, firm-hosted events, sponsorships, memberships, and networking opportunities. Prepare marketing materials, award submissions, and support internal and external communications.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior management to support marketing and business development initiatives
Assist in preparing RFPs, client pitches, marketing materials, and award submissions
Maintain the firm's website, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and SEO optimization
Support internal and external communications efforts

Manage social media strategy, content calendar, and web presence across multiple platforms
Manage and update the firm's CRM system for enhanced business development outcomes
Coordinate firm-hosted events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, and business development
Law firm experience strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
Proficiency in various software and platforms including social media, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Zoom
