About this role

Lead Graphic Designer role in the Brand Design team at Warby Parker to create compelling assets for omnichannel experience. Collaborate with graphic designers, art directors, copywriters, and marketing partners to maintain brand consistency.

Translate brand and business objectives into design systems and approaches. Mentor designers, uphold brand guidelines, and contribute to creative direction.

Responsibilities

Own and drive cross-channel brand initiatives from concept to execution
Design assets for various platforms like collateral, packaging, advertising, signage, emails, and presentations
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape briefs, brainstorm, and drive execution
Provide guidance to other designers and uphold brand guidelines

Required Skills & Experience

Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, versatility, and design mastery
Skilled communicator with knowledge of design, fashion, and technology trends
Knowledge of video editing and animation software
Prior experience with Asana

Experienced in leading multi-channel initiatives and shaping creative direction
Seasoned designer with 7+ years of graphic design experience
Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Illustration skills
