Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and coding guidelines
Promote the adoption of agile methodologies and contribute to continuous process improvements
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions

Participate in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system performance and reliability
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and create technical roadmaps
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components

Required Skills & Experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with attention to scalability and performance
Experience with modern software development methodologies, including Agile or Scrum

Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as C#, Java, or Python, and relevant frameworks
5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1+ years in a team leadership role
Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools for deployment automation
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $120,000 – 150,000
