X3 is hiring Apprentice Electricians and Journeyman Electricians for commercial and multi-family construction projects near the Loveland area. Full-time opportunities available. What You Will Do • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems • Bend pipe, pull wire, run conduit, and install panels, fixtures, and outlets • Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics • Build electrical circuits to code • Work with foreman, journeyman electricians, and apprentices to ensure project completion • Follow safety standards, and jobsite procedures What You Need • 1+ year of recent commercial, multi-family, or industrial electrical experience • Apprentice or Colorado Journeyman Electrical License • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required) • Basic hand tools + cordless drill • Reliable transportation to and from job sites • A strong work ethic and teamwork mindset • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen What You Get • PerX Rewards Program (bonuses, stipends, paid holidays, gear, and milestone rewards based on hours worked) • Pay based on license and experience ( up to $40 ) • Medical (50 percent paid), Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, $10,000 Life Insurance • PTO and up to 7 paid holidays • 401(k) with company match • Tuition reimbursement for apprenticeships and continuing education (up to $500 per semester and up to $300 for CE) • PPE provided: hard hats, vests, gloves, safety glasses • Mobile app to track time and submit hours without hassle Call us at 720-721-3343 for a faster response!
