About this role

Supports Business to Business B2B Marketing activities that implement specific marketing automation, design, and digital marketing to enable the Walgreens Growth team. Work is received in short term assignments that require some application of independent judgment.

Operates within the context of defined to well-defined procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting business unit users of Pardot, including building programs, developing lead scoring routing, evaluating data flows and creating templates that are used across the organization
  • Apply a collaborative approach in executing solutions for business use cases and requirements
  • Complete Pardot requests in collaboration with the B2B marketing team and external agencies
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate appropriately
  • Support complex QA requests for all business unit and corporate marketing users to ensure compliance with brand standards, best practices and error-free communications
  • Support B2B marketing automation program for the enterprise to drive success in marketing goals for lead generation and client engagement
  • Support HTML build on landing pages and templates and emails
  • Develop and maintain training and support documentation

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors
  • Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives)
  • Experience with Pardot (or similar marketing automation software) and Salesforce (or similar CRM)
  • Experience with design (Photoshop and/or Adobe InDesign as well as basic HTML)
  • Knowledge of B2B Marketing

Bachelors degree OR High school / GED and at least 3 years of experience in Merchandising, Marketing, eCommerce, Strategy, Healthcare, Analytics, Finance, and/or Operations Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates Willing to travel up to/at least (10 Percent) of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state) Preferred
