We are seeking a results-driven Sales Operations Analyst to support our Wholesale team within a growing consumer footwear brand. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations & Planning, this role is responsible for improving processes, managing systems, and removing operational roadblocks.

This role ensures it is easy for both internal teams and retail partners to do business with us. This position also plays a key role in establishing and standardizing operational processes, helping build a scalable and efficient foundation for the wholesale business.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes, improve reporting, and enhance sales operations efficiency
  • Support other initiatives as directed by the Director of Sales Operations on strategic and operational priorities
  • Identify and resolve friction point that impact the sales teams ability to sell
  • Act as a key support partner to Sales Reps
  • Lead distribution of seasonal catalogs, samples and other sales tools to enable effective sell-in and account execution
  • Support development and execution of sales programs that drive revenue and improve account performance
  • Document Operational processes to ensure consistency & scalability
  • **Wholesale Operations & Sales Support**

Required Skills & Experience

  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of data accurately
  • Ability to manage recurring deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • 1 - 4 years of experience in sales operation, business operations or related role
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with reporting tools, ERP, CRM, or B2B platforms. NetSuite, Envoy, Nuorder are a plus
  • Experience with Brand Protection / Minimum Advertised Price policies & enforcement is a plus
  • Experience working with retailer style set up process is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
