Responsibilities

Gather requirements for e-commerce platforms
Analyze customer journeys and online shopping behavior
Work with product, marketing, and development teams
Support enhancements to catalog, pricing, and order management systems
Create user stories and documentation
Support A/B testing and performance improvements

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts
Experience in retail/e-commerce domain

Experience with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools
Strong analytical and communication skills
