Job Description
EP Wealth Advisors (EPWA) is a wealth management advisory firm with over $40.5 billion in AUM as of September 30, 2025, serving predominately high net worth individuals. EPWA fosters an inclusive environment that offers opportunities for our associates to learn, grow and enhance their skills to take on new challenges to progress in their professional careers.
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our growing Product team and help bring to life EP Wealth’s digital strategy. Reporting to the Head of Product, this role will play a pivotal part in enhancing the end-to-end client experience by designing, delivering, and optimizing digital platforms that empower advisors and elevate service across all client segments. This is a unique opportunity to shape how clients interact with their financial lives - through intuitive, personalized, and scalable solutions.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role within a high-impact Product team. You’ll partner with stakeholders across advisory, service, operations, compliance, and data to shape client-centric solutions that improve advisor workflows, client engagement, and firm-wide productivity. You will join a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who are focused on delivering on our founding core values: Integrity, Entrepreneurial, Inclusion and Connection.
Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 plus annual bonus
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders across Advisory, Service, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to define product requirements and user stories that address the unique needs of EP’s client segments - including UHNW, HNW, and emerging wealth.
• Lead discovery efforts - including stakeholder interviews, process and workflow audits, and client and advisor journey mapping - to identify opportunities to optimize service models, automate tasks, and personalize digital interactions across the advisor-client lifecycle.
• Translate high-level business and service goals into structured problem statements, business cases, prioritization frameworks, and tactical product backlogs aligned with EP’s broader digital roadmap and strategic objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product initiatives, from defining scope and success metrics through UAT and post-launch iteration - with a strong focus on vendor-based solutions, integrations, and platform orchestration.
• Work closely with engineering, enterprise architecture, and data teams to configure, connect, and deploy off-the-shelf tools that support a seamless and scalable EP Digital Platform experience.
• Contribute to increment and sprint planning, backlog refinement, QA, and delivery operations as we establish an Agile team, balancing speed of execution with attention to downstream advisor and client impact and benefit realization.
• Monitor product usage, adoption, and experience gaps - leveraging analytics and field feedback to prioritize enhancements that improve workflow efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Support product launches and platform rollouts through clear enablement plans, including training documentation, advisor communications, and cross-functional go-to-market coordination.
• Serve as a connector between Product, Technology, and Business teams, ensuring clarity of scope, impact, and execution expectations at every stage.
• Participate in platform evaluations, vendor selection, and integration design efforts, helping EP make strategic “buy over build” decisions that balance speed, flexibility, and cost-efficiency.
