The Role: This position is instrumental in delivering exceptional guest service by assisting and informing guests about marketing promotions, casino events, lodging, transportation, and any other inquiries they may have. The role emphasizes a customer-centric approach, focusing on creating positive guest experiences and building strong relationships with both internal team members and external visitors. Additionally, the position includes supervisory responsibilities, specifically overseeing the Players Club Supervisor to ensure that service standards are consistently maintained. The person in this role is expected to collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and other department managers to develop and implement effective marketing plans and strategies aimed at business growth and enhanced revenue. Involvement in management meetings, communication of marketing initiatives, and proactive identification of business opportunities are key components of the job. Responsibilities also extend to overseeing promotion and special event rules, vendor contract development, pricing negotiations, and maintaining strategic partnerships that elevate the property's brand and financial performance. Strong organizational skills are necessary for financial oversight tasks such as monitoring general ledger activity, tracking invoices, payroll verification, and variance reporting. Coordination with multiple departments to ensure proper staffing and resource availability is also essential. Leadership duties include guiding direct reports toward achieving departmental goals, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining ethical standards.
