As the Human Resources Manager: • Advise plant leadership on HR strategy and policy • Support a union workforce with confidence and clarity • Ensure compliance with all HR, legal, and union requirements • Lead policy updates, reporting, audits, and special projects • Delivering, training, and helping grow employee capabilities • Improve processes and strengthen plant culture. Minimum requirements for this Human Resources Manager are: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or closely related field • At least 5 years of HR experience • Union relations, negotiations, grievance process experience required • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to lead, influence, and manage multiple priorities.Min Qualification
