About You You are an expert visual storyteller, who understands that great design isn't just about making things look good or copying the latest trends---it's about understanding your audience and business goals. It's about turning those insights into clever concepts, and then bringing those concepts to life with great execution.

You are comfortable with ambiguity and can take a vague idea and run with it.

Responsibilities

  • You never settle for "good enough." About the Role As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will help develop our visual identity as we continue to grow and build our presence
  • You don't just take feedback---you translate it into better solutions and are able to articulate your design intent to drive consensus
  • You have a "systems-thinking" mindset, meaning you don't just design one piece in isolation
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and can take a vague idea and run with it
  • You enjoy keeping up with the design industry and experimenting with new tools and techniques and are willing to learn or adapt new skills to get the job done
  • It's about turning those insights into clever concepts, and then bringing those concepts to life with great execution
  • You love collaboration, whether it's with other designers, marketing, or executives
  • you envision how that piece fits into an ecosystem of collateral

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Figma or similar UI/UX tools
  • Experience designing assets for marketing CRM platforms such as Hubspot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc
  • Experience with motion graphic and video tools, such as After Effects and Premier

Generate creative solutions and execute high-quality design work for brand identity, digital marketing, digital product, print collateral, presentations, video and motion graphics, and social media Be marketing's go-to resource for design, while also assisting product designers, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and execute creative ideas Manage multiple projects and timelines to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all platforms Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print applications Minimum

Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience, preferably within an agency or in-house creative department A portfolio that demonstrates high-level conceptualization, strategic thinking, and execution across a variety of mediums Expert level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles Ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and non-designers Comfortable in a fast-paced
