I was in need of a good nail salon after moving to Honolulu. I am not really picky but I do appreciate a clean and welcoming environment. After lots of research and asking around I decided to give Moana Nails a shot. I am so happy I did! Scheduling is easy online, their website has all of their prices clearly stated, and they were quick to confirm my appointment. My husband and I both got the detox pedi and I had a set of builder gels done. For the quality and precision of the service you can’t beat the price. I knew going in that prices would be a little more then what I’m used to paying but I honestly don’t mind paying more when the service you receive in return is so much more relaxing and detailed. They have won two new customers and I am confident they will earn many more. Thanks ladies 💅

Always super friendly, and Ann puts up with my nonsense of never knowing what exactly I want until the last minute when I’m sitting in her chair
The design work is really nice. They have all of the hot fashion colors right now. They just got a bunch of amazing cat eye colors in and the pricing is very reasonable for the full service.
Parking can be a pain in that upper lot so I often just park down in the back by Ben Franklin and never have an issue

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and relaxed. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. My nail technician/owner (auntie Sue) took her time to make sure everything looked perfect, and the final result exceeded my expectations.
The salon itself was clean, comfortable, and had such a calming atmosphere. They had top tier hospitality. You can really tell they care about both their work and their clients. I’ll definitely be coming back over and over! Highly recommend!!!

I seriously don’t think there’s enough stars here. First, the fact that NICO and his team have a “come to you” option for fingerprinting is incredibly helpful. I’ve always had to take a morning off of work to stand in lines to get this done, he came to my house at the scheduled time, was so professional and kind and was able to get my fingerprints done in less than 30 minutes. If you are a healthcare worker, this is the fastest, easiest, most professional company I’ve ever dealt with for fingerprinting.
I don’t even know what other services this company offers but they will have my loyalty for life. Just exceptional all around.

Hawai‘i Music Works has been such a wonderful place for my daughter to learn piano over the past three years. Her instructor, Mr. Mark, has been patient, encouraging, and truly dedicated to helping her grow in both skill and confidence. The staff has also been welcoming and supportive every step of the way, making the entire experience positive for both my daughter and our family.
Although we unfortunately had to end lessons due to school and extracurricular commitments, I am so grateful for the foundation she built here. I would highly recommend Hawai‘i Music Works to any family looking for high-quality music education and caring teachers who genuinely invest in their students’ success.

Me and my daughter took violin lessons at the stadium location for a few months. I was nervous to begin learning such a difficult instrument in my 40s, but our teacher Eric did such a good job explaining everything to us in a way that we could understand. He was patient with our mistakes and was able to answer any questions we had. His violin skills inspired me to play more often and try harder! The staff was always kind and understanding. I would still be going if we weren't moving off the island! I'll miss this place ❤️
