This was my daughter's second admittance at Kindred downtown this year. We had a few bumps, but all in all it was a great experience. I want to recognize several that were involved with my daughter's care and many that went above and beyond. Let me start with the nurses...Jenessa and Ruben are two of my favorites and showed so much compassion with my daughter. Elizabeth D. was the only one that called me when I was away and provided me an update, and she too showed so much compassion. Carmen was a nurse that I had met for the first time and I just absolutely loved her. She had the perfect attitude and really knew how to handle this protective mama. Let's just say, she knew what to say to me(thank you Carmen for your understanding). Deja H, Latrice, Russ, Sarah, Cheryl, Kasia, Brittney, Janelle all were wonderful with my daughter and provided great care! Charge Nurses, Amy and Nicole both came and spoke with me and understood any concerns that I had and addressed them promptly.

I tried this location for an annual screening mammogram. I was pretty happy overall with timeliness of the appointment, location, cleanliness, wait time, courtesy of staff. I thought the follow up phone calls were adequate. As a point of feedback however, I will say that if someone declines to follow up for further imaging in your facility, you should have at least provided me with a copy of my referral that you obtained without my explicit permission (although, we all sign without reading whatever it is they hand us in the office). My provider was contacted for a referral on my behalf to your facility before a follow up appointment was even offered, scheduled, or confirmed by myself. When I declined the follow-up appointment within your network or facilities or whatever due to the cost estimate ($445 for an US plus the read and whatever else), I was told to obtain the same referral from my provider which you had already received. My provider appeared to be confused and frankly so was

I recently had A Perfect Climate come out to service my HVAC unit, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to ensure the system was running efficiently.
Not only did they fix the issue, but they also took the time to check other components to prevent future problems. It's rare to find a company that combines quality workmanship with excellent customer service these days—but A Perfect Climate nailed it.

Armor Air even provided me a detailed invoice going over their findings that I could use in reference to my inspection report from buying the home. The system I was given had a few issues, and Richard was able to explain thoroughly how best to meet the specific needs. You get an appointment card in the mail and I usually call to reschedule to a more convenient time which is never a problem. You get a reminder call the day before and then a call when the guy is on the way. Appointment is smooth and informative. Great job.

After our main heating unit shut down, the week before Christmas, Bolls came to the rescue with a brilliant alternative house heating solution until we were able to complete arrangements for new heat unit installs. When this recent winter storm hit and we were able to test the operational integrity of the installation... it did not disappoint!! My family and I are beyond thrilled and pleased at how well the new units are performing at the most consistent functionality. We have never had the heat to distribute so evenly throughout the house. I am beyond impressed! This is the most comfortable I have ever felt as it balances itself out day and night. To Nick, Jace, Brian, Zelo and Jessica, thank you for the care and professionalism you showed when dealing with me and my family during a very stressful time in our lives. I am grateful. One Hour Heating & Cooling was very easy to work with throughout the entire purchase and installation processes. I would highly recommend this organization for future HVAC needs!! One Hour replaced both the furnace and air conditioner units in less than 6 hours and left the house as clean as it was upon arrival. The agreed to price was very reasonable and great financing options were made available at time of purchase. It could not have gone any smoother.
