Nothing tops a down dog with Diamond Head views between your legs- Amazing!!!
I recently attended my first Yoga for My Homies class and immediately fell in love. Outdoor yoga, immersed in nature, with panoramic ocean views (whales playing) with Diamond Head with palm trees behind- this was truly a magical experience.
The yoga instructor, Courtney, is warm and welcoming. I appreciated her playful and calm presence and approach to teaching.
Throughout the class Courtney offered a variety of modifications and variations making the practice accessible for students of all levels and abilities.
I also enjoyed the community of fellow yogis which appeared to be regulars and their pleasant energies enhanced the experience.

Bring your own mat or towel and water. You might also like to have a hat, sunscreen and sunnies.

I've taught and practiced at studios all around the world and I can honestly say this is my absolute favorite for many reasons! The owner Michelle is incredible ,along with all of the teachers and students.
The atmosphere is always so lovely, Michelle always puts out fresh flowers. Adding a special touch that is just one way she takes extra good care of staff and students. The infrared
hot classes have the best infrared heaters that I've ever seen, the studio is always clean. The lighting is lovely. The classes are taught in a very inspiring professional way always on par with the best out there! I highly recommend joining the beautiful community at Sun Yoga.

I must say how appreciative I am to have found a studio on-island that offers many different styles of hot yoga, in addition to my tried-and-true Hot 26/2 (90 minute). I love how hot the rooms get at the Yoga Room Hawai'i, allowing me to go deep into my practice.
I also must give a heart-felt shout out to Fran, Paula and Lani for always taking good care of me as I (bit-by-bit) burn my karma through āsana. All three teach my favorite class, Hot 26/2 (90 minute).

I’ve been to both locations, and every visit has been a great experience. From the moment you walk in, the receptionist greets you with a smile and a warm “Hello, we’ll be right with you.” Checking in is quick and straightforward, and the technicians do an excellent job of walking you through the process while making sure you’re comfortable the entire time.
Honestly, I’m never excited about getting an MRI, but the staff at Invision makes it so much easier and far less of a drag.

Tucked off of middle street, this refuse transfer station exceeded my expectations on every level. The friendly staff directs you where to park and I was able to quickly dispose of my household waste. Be prepared for a wait, but the line moves quickly. Truly an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This is hands down the best brunch spot you can imagine in Waikiki. I’m never the type to eat at the same place repeatedly on vacation, yet every single morning I found myself coming back to Island Vintage Coffee Waikiki and Island Vintage Wine Bar. The haupia açaí bowl is absolutely incredible—I ordered it over and over again. Every other dish we tried was just as impressive: both loco mocos, the grilled salmon, the crab scramble loaded with crab, the kalua pork benny, the smoked salmon benny…the list goes on. Truly outstanding every time.
