Working with Jen was one of the best decisions I made building No Xcuses Leadership.
She took something that lived mostly in my head. A brand, a voice, a set of working tools, and made it real. The website is awesome and direct. It tells people exactly who I serve and what I do. Visitors understand it quickly, and it's easy to navigate.
The logo is strong. It's simple, it's bold, and it works everywhere: website, LinkedIn, print. It represents the brand without trying too hard.
The three Playbooks were the biggest ask. Three serious working documents. Complex content, specific formatting requirements, real substance that had to stay intact. Jen handled them with care and professionalism. The layout is sharp and readable. She made them look like operator-grade tools.
What I appreciated most: she listened. She paid attention to what I was trying to build, not just what I asked for in the moment. She was responsive, thoughtful, and committed to getting it right every step of the way.
