This was our first time dining at Salt, and we had such an incredible experience — largely thanks to our waiter, Brandon. From the moment we walked in, he was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Since it was both of our first visits, he took the time to walk us through the menu, offer thoughtful recommendations, and make sure we were enjoying every moment.
You can truly tell he cares about the experience he provides. It’s been years since I’ve had service this exceptional. Salt is so lucky to have someone like Brandon on their team.

Vida has built a reputation for delivering one of the most refined chef driven tasting menus in the city, and after experiencing the full progression of courses, it is easy to understand why.
I began the evening with a beautifully crafted mocktail called “I Drink It All Up.” Made with Ritual whiskey alternative, Lyre’s Italian Orange, beet, and lemon, it delivered impressive complexity with bright citrus and a subtle earthy depth. A fantastic alcohol free option and a great way to begin the evening.
The tasting menu progressed with excellent balance, thoughtful pacing, and precise execution.
Highlights from the evening included the New Zealand hiramasa with purple daikon and yuzu kosho which was vibrant and refreshing. The Hokkaido scallop with shimeji mushrooms, pork belly, celery root, and gochujang brown butter was one of the standout dishes of the night, perfectly cooked and lay

My wife and I came back to Livery for the second time after a while, and we loved it just as much as the first time. We’re big fans of the CRG restaurants in general, and Livery definitely lived up to it.
Our server Trinity was awesome. Super friendly and attentive without being over the top. We asked if they had any hot sauce and she brought out a habanero hot sauce that was AMAZING — it seriously took the food to another level. That little touch made a big difference.
Food-wise, everything was great. The calamari and yucca fries were perfect to start. The chicken enchiladas were really good, and the skirt steak was just incredible — easily the highlight. I had the Carriage Margarita and it was spot on. We ended with the strawberry tres leches and that was fantastic too.
Overall just a really great experience. We’ll definitely be back again.

I called around quite a few places before I was able to find someone who could execute a meth test for me in the state of Indiana. I always have any prospective home tested for meth in every state I've lived. I found Aegis Environmental was able to execute this test for me. Bruce was very through we discussed sample locations prior to the sampling. We discussed sample results (negative) and other potential contractors in the area who could assist me with some other findings from the home inspection report. I really appreciate Bruce's help and his insight. It's helped this new home owner out quite a bit.
