Best cell phone repair place in town! Phone screen was repaired within 30 minutes. I had taken my phone to another place that had it for a week and didn’t fix it and broke my home button. Within 10 mins of my feet hitting the floor, I dropped my phone face first destroying my screen. Went to see them as they fixed my hubbys phone and sold us our previous one, found out my phone is ancient and he didn't have one in stock but called his sister store Cellular Solutions on Youree and sent me to see Patrick. Within two hours I was watching youtube in my bunny slippers. Great service at both locations,good prices, and all kinds of new stuff to browse. Why are you still reading, go see them!! I updated my phone and it began to do weird things. It wouldn’t let me see the screen the normal thing. Several days of this then it went black. I went to my provider. Dropped my S8 from a lift. 45 feet totalled the glass. I just walked in, handed it over, and a hour later my phone looked brand new and had a screen protector that he hit with a hammer to prove it on my phone right then and there. I placed an order for a new screen replacement Tuesday since I dropped my phone at the gym 12 hours prior and only half my screen was showable after that drop. They called me Thursday before they closed and told me it came in. So the next day before I came into work, I dropped off my phone to get it fixed and not even 4 hours later......... my phone was like BRAND NEW. When I say... they are gods at what they do. I mean it. may or may not be bias since I'm friends with the owner 😅😅 but still I RECOMMEND THE BROKEN PHONE TO ALL OF SHREVECITY!!!!! He has diagnosed, replaced and repaired multiple screens, cameras, ports home buttons and other issues for me and my family. He us a straight-shooter and completes the work in record time. Amazing work! I walked in, they told me they could fix my broken iPhone screen at a cheaper price and in less time than another cell phone repair store in the area. Very kind and professional. I've been very impressed with the knowledge and capability of the staff at the Line Avenue office. I've taken 2 Samsung phones to them to fix functionality issues (so not just cracked screens) and was pleased with the results and the communication from the team both times. These people are a great place for console repairs! Services are priced competitively, staff is prompt and responsive, and they do a great job. I brought in a PS4 Pro (very difficult to work with) with a difficult issue and they kept me updated and worked on it completely until it was finished and fully repaired. They were very patient with my inquiries and were pleasant to interact with. In the future i will bring any consoles/phones/devices here again for repairs! We were drinking from dallas to New Orleans when my daughter's iPhone screen went haywire. I called ahead and Quarnell said he could meet us and would be able to repair the phone quickly. He was delayed a few minutes and actually called me back to make sure we would arrive at the shop at the same time and not be waiting for him! He fixed the screen and replaced the battery within 15 minutes and we were on the road again! Appreciate such professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency! My husband and I brought his Xbox series S to this shop about a month and a half ago after it shorted out during a thunderstorm (sorry it took so long to post the review), it took Levi about 10 minutes to find the problem and replace the part. He is super knowledgeable and can fix anything it seems! I cant speak on anyone else that works here, but if Levi is there then you can trust you are in good hands!! Would highly recommend!
