I must say how appreciative I am to have found a studio on-island that offers many different styles of hot yoga, in addition to my tried-and-true Hot 26/2 (90 minute). I love how hot the rooms get at the Yoga Room Hawai'i, allowing me to go deep into my practice.
I also must give a heart-felt shout out to Fran, Paula and Lani for always taking good care of me as I (bit-by-bit) burn my karma through āsana. All three teach my favorite class, Hot 26/2 (90 minute).

I’ve been to both locations, and every visit has been a great experience. From the moment you walk in, the receptionist greets you with a smile and a warm “Hello, we’ll be right with you.” Checking in is quick and straightforward, and the technicians do an excellent job of walking you through the process while making sure you’re comfortable the entire time.
Honestly, I’m never excited about getting an MRI, but the staff at Invision makes it so much easier and far less of a drag.

Tucked off of middle street, this refuse transfer station exceeded my expectations on every level. The friendly staff directs you where to park and I was able to quickly dispose of my household waste. Be prepared for a wait, but the line moves quickly. Truly an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This is hands down the best brunch spot you can imagine in Waikiki. I’m never the type to eat at the same place repeatedly on vacation, yet every single morning I found myself coming back to Island Vintage Coffee Waikiki and Island Vintage Wine Bar. The haupia açaí bowl is absolutely incredible—I ordered it over and over again. Every other dish we tried was just as impressive: both loco mocos, the grilled salmon, the crab scramble loaded with crab, the kalua pork benny, the smoked salmon benny…the list goes on. Truly outstanding every time.

He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect bottle to pair with a meal I was planning for my friend’s birthday. The way he wove together stories of the world, culture, and history behind the wine made the whole experience feel special and personal. Not to mention the selection they carry here, as well as the different events & specials they have! I left feeling inspired and excited to share the bottle with my friends. Definitely ask for Sylvester when you go!

I tried nearly every mead and loved them all. I like how there is a large selection of sparking mead, which other meaderies I’ve been to seem to lack. All their flavors are locally sourced and inspired which is amazing. If there’s no tasting bookings left online, just show up! They can likely fit you in.
Hannah served me during my visit. She was very knowledgeable about the varieties of meads and a true delight to talk to.
