I had a great experience renting at United Rentals. I rented a scissor lift for a big job that would have been impossible without it. The price was fair, especially for the utility of the rental and how long I needed it. As usual, I severely underestimated the time the job would take, and the UR staff was very understanding, and allowed me to hang on to the equipment much longer than originally planned for. I also ended up having the equipment through a long holiday weekend, and was not charged for the holiday. I interacted with no less than 5 of their employees during this time, and every one of them was friendly and went out of their way to help me. I grinned when I first got there, because they had up a sign that said "The answer is yes. Now what's your question?" I grinned because I thought "Yeah right." Turns out, they lived up to that sign, and I will definitely be giving them repeat business!

My new husband and I had our very special day and wedding at The Foundry Event Center. Larry made sure we were satisfied with our plans and made sure everything went smoothly from the beginning to the very end of our evening. I looked at other venues and all boxes were checked off from the beauty of the venue to the excellent service provided. I would refer anyone here for business or personal life events. Our wedding day was amazing because of Larry and The Foundry!

The workers always go above and beyond for everyone's special day and I always adore when I get a wedding booking from there. Producer here for an advertising and production company based in the KC Metro. We’ve used Topeka Social multiple times as of January 2026 for filming client commercials, and it has been a great experience every time.
While it functions as an event space, it is also a highly adaptable location with a team that understands and can accommodate full-scale production needs when a traditional soundstage is not required. The staff is wonderful to work with—Ashton is extremely organized and on top of every detail, and when she’s unavailable, her support team is equally responsive and helpful.
The convenience of the location is a major plus, including the ability to drive production trucks directly into the space for easy load-in and load-out regardless of weather. Our clients are able to have their own dedicated space while on set, which is always appreciated. We worked with Susan at the Greenwave office to get a service appoinment scheduled and she did a wonderful job with answering questions that we had about were wanting done and potential cost for the project. Mark showed up early and was very pleasant to work with. He completed our project and it looks and works great, plus the cost for the service call was very reasonable. We are very pleased and I highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done. I plan to use them for my future electrical needs.

I brought in CWC to upgrade and expand the capacity of our home’s electrical service. A new and safe service entrance to the house, a new 200 amp panel plus a sub-panel to replace the 100 amp panel plus sub-panel that was significantly overloaded. They were focused, efficient, hard-working, and very friendly. Absolutely will use them again!

Had an issue with a couple of floor outlets- I called to schedule service and was able to have a technician out within the week. The service scheduler was easy to work with, my electrician introduced himself when he arrived, and cleaned up any mess made while working. I looked up the staff on the website the COO is especially attractive.
