estate agent. Angela took the time to get to know my FIL, while his dementia progressed quickly, she made such an impression on him that actually remember her almost until the very end. Because we live out of state she was our main contact in town and helped us above and beyond any agent I have ever met. She has amazing connections for elderly care, she know real estate business so well and what the best options are. For a very small fee she can handle just about everything a family out of state cannot. She has connections for everything from clean up, estate sale, house maintenance at competitive price. She also helped us rehouse pets whom would have otherwise gone to a shelter likely. Truly Angela became a friend to our family in this process. I just had my first quilt actually quilted at "Experience the Quilt", and am so pleased with the results. In the past I have tied my quilts, but this one was a gift - and it fits a king-size bed - and I decided to go with quilting this time. I found Amy at Experience the Quilt and am so glad I did! The workmanship is excellent, and she helped me select the color thread and the design. Good thing, there are so many choices as I was at a loss. She finished the quilting earlier than I expected, and it is beautiful. I will definitely be back with more of my quilts.

I really enjoyed the Saturday Sampler class. I enjoyed learning about all of the new tools that are available and sharing my project with others. I could have heard less about how to set tension on Bernina sewing machines. Not everyone has one, nor do they have the issues that were covered on the machines that they do have. Knowing that Bernina's have those issues would make me never want to buy one, and the ten minutes used to explain how to fix those issues on the Bernina, did not help me at all. I actually could have been shopping.

JK Quilts I feel is the best quilt shop in The Treasure Valley.. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the selection of quilting fabric and materials needed is the best.. they have complete collections of fabric that I have not found anywhere else. They also make their own unique patterns. The Idaho quilt below is one of them and my favorite. Their classes are also amazing, Janalyn Is so knowledgeable and I so enjoyed the featherweight maintenance class.
