We are from out of town and came to clear out my fiancé‘s mother‘s house after she passed away. We chose Junk King to handle the job and they did it excellently. Hector and his associate showed up on time. Called me before hand to let me know they were on their way. Hauled off Hot water tank and queen sized mattress and box spring. The team members that assisted me were amazing from beginning to end. They jumped in and got everything out within about half the time that was estimated, while still being careful and making sure they only took what I wanted them to take. With the winter storm heading in, I needed some large items removed from my garage so I could park in my garage. Junk King was able to make it to the house the very next day after my phone call and able to remove our refrigerator and a couch and a few miscellaneous items in a very short amount of time. The Junk Kings came in, gave us a very reasonable quote, and removed our bulky items all within 30 minutes! It was such an easy and quick experience with no hassle from us. They were also very personable and kind humans!! I definitely will be referring them to my friends and using their services in the future. Seriously cannot recommend them enough if you have stuff taking up your basement and have been avoiding taking care of moving the items yourself. It helped us so much! Awesome! I contacted them the night before after I had put everything in the center of my garage that I wanted to remove. I also took pictures to help them out. Understand what it would take. They were quick and awesome. We agreed to meet at 9 AM the next morning they were here at 9 AM . They were very professional showed me their cost chart based on the filling of the truck and the challenge of the job. They said they could do it. They gave me the price. I agreed it was a fair price for the amount of work that had to be done and the amount of “Junk”. They began the job. They were quick fill 2/3 of a truck and the price they quoted me is the price they charge me for 2/3 of a truck they left the place clean picked up and I now have my garage back. I will use them again. It was much easier to have them Remove the items.
