He offered a full courtesy Inspection, as we are loyal Bruneel / Point S customers. He was so friendly and attentive when I had questions. Sean offered my kids and I popcorn and water as we sat in the waiting area. The waiting area is plenty spacious. They even sent us a video text of my car’s issues so I could send it to my husband and include him on all decisions we needed to make for our family car. LIKE WOW! I was in the most difficult time of my life and my car's transmission went out and I called Scott and Jordan at the Nampa location and they didn't hesitate to fix my car I did not have very much money. I Believe In My heart that this business is the has the most integrity. I am 54 years old and this is the first time I've ever encountered a business like this it was on a handshake I think that these people are amazing and I will never go to another mechanic again as long as I live.
