I had an incredible 17-day rental experience here from late September to October. I want to give a huge shout-out to “Dan and Rylan” for their exceptional patience and professionalism.
During my stay, I transitioned from a BMW X5 to an X7, and eventually to a 7 Series. Each switch was handled smoothly thanks to their help. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I had the best driving experience in Hawaii.
I was so impressed that I’ve already booked my next rental with this location for February 2026! I’m really looking forward to seeing the team again. If you’re in Waikiki and looking for premium cars with top-notch service, this is the place to go!

My husband and I had a great experience with Lucky Owl! The car had no issues throughout the weekend and everyone was very friendly that we interacted with. Plus, when we dropped the car off after hours, we were super thankful for staff member Dee who happened to still be there and was able to give us a ride to the airport. We really appreciated that extra effort and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable car rental.

We had a wonderful experience with Kim at First Rent A Car. Kim was very polite, friendly, and welcoming, and she made the entire process easy and efficient. What really stood out was how helpful she was in suggesting activities for our trip - many of which I hadn’t come across while planning our itinerary. She took the time to tailor her recommendations to our interests and was especially thoughtful in adjusting them for my mom, who is older and can’t always walk long distances. Her suggestions made a big difference in our trip, and we’re very grateful for her help! I returned the car to Calvin who was similarly very nice and efficient. No delays with picking up the car on all 3 days. Employees here are very nice!

My wife and I got married at Lanikūhonua Cultural Institute on 10/10/25, and hiring Dream FX Media was hands down the best decision we made. Nicole and Flynt spent 5 hours with us, and the 6-minute highlight reel they created is a masterpiece. The storytelling, the music choice, and the way they captured the emotion of the day brings us to tears every time we watch it.
Moreover, we are giving them 5 stars not just for the video, but because they truly saved our day. We experienced a nightmare scenario where our separate photography vendor had major technical failures, resulting in grainy, unusable photos. We were devastated. Because Dream FX Media captured such high-quality, crystal-clear footage, we were able to extract still images from their video to replace the original wedding photos.

Ian Fernandez and his team were courteous and professional. They ignored all the obnoxious people trying to dictate their shot. They provided us with breathtaking pictures of us and our party guests. Even when asked to do other shots outside of the scheduled timeline, they did it without hesitation. We could not be anymore happier with what was provided. Ian and his team were so kind and talked to us ahead of time to ensure they got the vision we were looking for. They were flexible with any curve balls that we threw at them. We would highly recommend IMF Visions to anyone looking to capture special moments of a lifetime. Definitely will reach out for our vow renewal.

Dr. Sakamoto and Jeramy are truly
exceptional. From the moment we walked in, I felt that my cat was in the best possible hands. Dr. Sakamoto is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly and patiently.
Jeramy was just as wonderful - kind, attentive, and genuinely caring.
The communication throughout the entire visit was outstanding. They not only cared for my cat with such compassion, but they also made sure I felt supported and understood every step of the way.
You can tell they both truly love what they do.
I'm beyond grateful to have found Dr. Sakamoto and the Aina Haina Veterinary Clinic.
