My wife and I were building a house in South Peak at Loon and were struggling with many decisions. It is often said that building a house puts more strain on a marriage than having kids! We have four kids so we were nowhere near that stress but it was a lot. Luckily my wife and I have similar tastes and are good decision makers. But it was the volume of decisions. Next was what are the options to choose from and how would they all fit together. And we wanted to build a house that was not just a house, but was “our home”.

I swear if Houda (my fantastic wife) and I did not have Cynthia and Julia to guide us thru our regular car Ins....change of plates.. stolen car in Montreal paperwork and just stuff that people go to a Therapist for...:);) I would not deal with car Ins at all...they are a calming force in what is a stressful thing for us and I think a lot of people in just a normal situation, never mind the ____ that I give them...cant thank them enough for being able to sleep at night knowing they have answers for all I throw at them....you are helping and doing a favor to anyone you refer them to !!!.................Thanks again Claremont, nothing better than a family run business.

Quick and professional service. Tom (Sales) responded to my request for a quote by coming over the same day and provided a detailed proposal with multiple options which he explained completely. The installation happened a couple days later and was flawless. The technicians were both very experienced and did a beautiful job with the installation. I took notice of how careful they were not to damage my walls or floors as they move the old furnace out and brought the new one in. They answered all of my questions and left me feeling like I had made a good decision by choosing Youngren’s. Highly recommended!

We recently had a furnace installed by Franzen HVAC, and the entire process was seamless. Tony was fantastic in taking the time to understand our needs and helping us choose the right model for our home. Logan and Jason were great with the installation.
