I have never had a better experience than what I had today! The entire staff treated me so well and made me feel so comfortable. I had to bring my 5 month old baby to my appointment and they were so patient and kind. One of the workers even came back to help me rock him. Everyone was so nice. Maria and Candace at the front desk were amazing and so sweet. The dental a Hygienist Jen Nguyen was amazing. The team at Brighter Smile Dental Care are incredible. I had a Cap that came off the tooth. I called the office to explain and the incredibly kind receptionist was able to squeeze me in to see the Dr to reattach the Cap. I was in and out in 20 minutes! DR. I called to make an appointment by phone, nicest reception as I was a first time patient to this practice. They worked me in quickly and I was called back when I arrived. Assistant very interested in my situation and conveyed it to Dr. Hernandez. A plan was developed and we started on my plan that day. Very pleased with staff, doctor & facility. Told my husband he needs to go here. Top of the line, state of the art equipment. Top of the line staff, love Dr. Hernandez. I would highly recommend Dr Stephanie Thomas. The office and staff were very friendly. I was able to make an appointment online and was seen the same day. I even had a root canal done and a crown all in the same day. I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist but Dr Thomas made me feel very comfortable. I had an appointment for Monday and after speaking with Abby I was able to switch and get an earlier appointment. When I got there the receptionists we’re very friendly and greeted me right away ! I then saw Jessica for a scan of my mouth and let me just say she was AMAZING!!! She listened to my problems and made me feel very comfortable!! I was a little apprehensive but she was very kind and my experience there has never been better !! Thank You !!!! As most times when I am not getting a cleaning, I am a little apprehensive about going to the dentist. Today was no different. I appreciate that Dr. Weisner was able to explain everything thoroughly to me. I left with a better understanding of what I can get when I am ready. Dr.Thuy V. Wiesner, DDS is the greatest dentist around. Her expertise in dentistry around Shreveport and Bossier is the Best in the ark-la-tex. I came to Brighter Smiles a few years back and been there since. The staff at the front desk is very courteous upon entering and very knowledgeable about insurance and any questions you may have. The staff alongside Dr. Wiesner is awesome as well and does a tremendous job and will address any concerns you may have. Definitely the best dental experience I’ve had! This is truly a family dental clinic—they’ve cared for both of my kids since they turned three and treat us like family. The care is excellent, they are so patient taking time to explain everything and answer questions, and the customer service is outstanding. I really appreciate their flexibility, including multiple locations and varying hours of availability. Highly recommend! Definitely the best dental experience I’ve had! I had an overall good experience in terms of customer service. Everyone was kind and helpful. The hygienist and the dentist had good bedside manner and my procedure went smoothly for the most part. I felt like the staff cared. However, I was expecting additional things to help with comfort, as advertised on their website and when completing the new patient process. During my procedures, I was not offered a pillow or blanket which I requested during my new patient check in. There was no attempt to make the experience in the dental chair comfortable. I was also not offered sunglasses to block out the sometimes stark lights coming from the various machines. I feel that those are extra touches that take an experience from good enough, to personalized and above and beyond. Now, I did receive a Tshirt, and lipgloss as a parting gift, and that was nice.
