I had a problem with the mini-split installed in my garage last July. I called in February and a service person came the next day. He was here a couple of hours and completely resolved the issue. The mini-split is now working like a charm. If you choose to install a mini-split, I recommend you ask for education on how to operate the remote and ensure the system works properly.

The employees they have are always polite, courteous and knowledgeable. The only issue I have is sometimes the price of things, but I guess everything is expensive these days.

Would recommend to everyone. Entire process was very professional. Called for an estimate on an A/C unit and the estimator was there within 2 days. The cost was very competitive (in fact, much lower than another estimate I got.) Installation took place 2 days later. The installers certainly knew what they were doing. Clean up took place efficiently. Can't wait til it heats up so I can turn the unit on.

They replaced a couple of my old main home shutoff valves for $350 just as Jerome was able to quote from seeing a photo. This was a competitive price compared to others. I really appreciated them not needing to come to my house to give an estimate because that can be hard to schedule with my work.
Tycin had the job done in a couple hours exactly as they estimated and valves work great. He showed up on time, didn't make a mess, answered my questions, and was a nice guy. I would call these guys again for my next job.
