I had been very ill at home for about 12 hours from something that just hit me out of nowhere. My daughter called EMS after I blacked out at home to get me help because I was too sick to help myself and the kids were very worried. I went to the ER and they worked very hard to find out what was going on. They immediately began tests and treatment and I ended up being so sick I had to be admitted, which I didn’t expect to happen. I had colitis, infection, severe dehydration, and dangerous acidosis. I’m glad I was at that hospital. It was closer to my home so my kids could come visit me. The doctors talked to me and explained everything that was going on. The nurses and nursing staff were very caring and helpful. My pain was managed and anything I needed was given to me. You never want to be ill enough to need to stay at the hospital, but if you do, I highly recommend St.Teresa. It’s a beautiful facility and much smaller compared to the bigger hos

I don't usually leave many reviews. But after dealing with other HVAC companies in the past, Mike's & Sappio's was a breath of fresh air. Went above and beyond by inspecting our AC unit as well for any potential issues. It was nice working with such a transparent and courteous company. Definitely recommend giving them a call for any of your HVAC or AC needs.

We recently replaced our 31 year old Furnace and 23m year old Heat Pump. It all started with Jeremy coming out to perform and inspection. We got to talking about total replacement and he was very patient and helpful in explaining the new units, how they worked and the cost. Once we decided on the units we were scheduled and two weeks later Garrett and Ricardo showed up and replaced our old units. Again they were very patient and helpful to us. The next day we called the office to pay and talked to Rene who again was very patient and helpful. Jason was the last person we talked to about rebates. All in All it was a great experience. We've gone through this exercise about four times in our 70 years on this earth and I can truly say these people were the best. I would recommend this crew to anyone. They are the greatest.

We’ve been long time customers with Fenix using their maintenance package. We have never been disappointed with Fenix. Everyone from the office personnel to the field techs are courteous and professional. Our recent fall service with Maddix was yet another pleasant experience. He introduced himself and immediately got to work. When he was finished, he told us what he found and the work that was done. As he was leaving he wished us well. Maddix was very polite, well mannered, and is a great asset to Fenix.

Dan's did an amazing job! They replaced our 30+ year old ac and heater. It's efficient, quiet and over all looks better. I can tell the temperature in the house is even. They were quick friendly and professional. I am very happy over all with the work they have done. I would highly recommend them. They were also the most cost freidnly qoute we received. My parent have used them to replace their system and my brothers in laws also used them. We all agree that there work speaks for itself. I am a very happy customer indeed!

When our finance started acting up this winter, we went right back to them to take care of the repairs. Shon came out and got us fixed up in no time. I had the pleasure of working with Ramon Rodriguez and if I could give him 10 stars I would. He was extremely pleasant to work with and was very reassuring which made me feel like he genuinely cared about the issues we were having with our heating system. He was timely and had excellent communication before, during and after the project which was wonderful especially when we are all use to large appointment windows and zero communication on when they are will arrive at our house.
