I came from Body Shop Gym (across the street) which is a more expensive membership and much smaller. I LOVE this gym and enjoy it much more. I’ll list a couple reasons why I like it more. -Great equipment, most of it is Atlantis or Prime (both very reputable brands, think of Rolls Royce of gym equipment). -Not very busy at all. -Very clean. -Nice posing room too with great lighting (if you’re into that). -I personally don’t use their trainers but they seem welcoming and friendly when talking to other gym goers. -Quite a few different options of machines for the same movements ie. Clean installation, new equipment, awesome lighting, and great environment This gym has everything you need, from your powerlift, crossfit or olympian box, to your bodybuilder/lifestyle equipment. I’ve only been a member for a little over a week but it’s already my favorite gym that I’ve ever been apart of. The equipment is absolutely incredible. I’ve really never seen anything on this level before. The vibe is awesome. Everybody there is super respectful of your space and just do their own thing! The owner and his team are amazing. 10/10 would recommend and beyond happy that I joined.
