I had a wonderful experience at Express Alterations! I came in after having my wedding dress altered elsewhere, and parts of it were unfortunately botched — I was even told they couldn’t be fixed. Wanting a second opinion, I read amazing reviews about Hanna and decided to visit Express Alterations with high hopes that she could help.
When I first walked into the shop, I was a bit nervous since it was quite busy and I knew my dress needed careful attention. After a few appointments with other staff members, I finally had the opportunity to meet with Hanna for a consultation. From the moment we met, she completely reassured me that my dress could be restored. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and understanding throughout the entire process.
