Bulk disposal day is always great with these guys. We’ve combined two houses and often find things that cannot be donated and they disappear from sight every Wednesday with no issues. Martin M and Clarence S are always thorough with our waste pick up. This time of the year, I have a lot of yard debris and almost always meet my limit of what is permitted for my lawn debris. These gentlemen always do a good job in collecting all of it with as little mess as possible. On the fewer opportunities that I am present to engage with them, they are very personable and always kind and respectful. We are excited to have them helping us discard of our waste. I would like to leave a special recognition for the professionals responsible for the garbage collection on my street/condominium, especially Wilfredo Cabrera (driver) and Yves Izidor (helper), along with the second helper whose name I unfortunately do not know. They work on truck #133190. Since the day I moved here, they have consistently shown something that is rare to find today: kindness, positivity, and genuine respect for people. On several occasions, due to my own delay, I forgot to put the trash out on time. When I heard the truck in the morning, I ran outside knowing I might be slowing them down. Not once was I treated with impatience or frustration. Instead, they always stopped, greeted me kindly, smiled, and collected my trash without hesitation, even knowing it would delay their route. This speaks volumes about their character and professionalism. They do not see just a job to be done — they see people. If you can’t give him a big race at least a small race, but they deserve something. They’re awesome!
