This was my first time using United Rentals and I’m very impressed! I had always used a leading competitor of theirs that I’ve had issues with on delivery and customer service. I gave United a try, the customer service girl was awesome, got what I needed, when I needed and at a better price! The problem was I needed the lift delivered on a Friday afternoon and I called at like 4PM, their Delivery Driver Robert Kennedy came through in a major way by delivering the lift late that Friday afternoon when we really needed the lift over the weekend! Most companies would have called it a week and because Robert came through for us and worked late on a Friday, I sincerely appreciate it! He also gave great customer service and was very friendly. Because of the great Experience with Robert and the Atlanta Branch I will now use United for all my lift rentals needs, and I mean it!
