Best optometrist i've ever had. Dr Kato is patient, understanding, and will listen to what you need. He didn't push me into any product and cared to hear about my lifestyle to fit a pair of contacts to it. The admin is extremely nice and friendly. And they never kept me waiting when I had acheduled time. Very respectful and professional! Would recommend!

I had pain in my left eye and they scheduled me for a same day appointment. Good luck with that at other places. When I had pain and irritatation in my eye a few weeks before this. I called Honolulu Eye Clinic and they would'nt even give me an appointment the same day. Even though I told them it was really bothering me. Eyesight Hawai is definitely my new go to eye clinic. Dr. Olkowski was was very helpful and gave me a prescription for eye drops.

I had some issues with my lenses on my new glasses not being perfect, and Dr Jones and his team helped me get them replaced for free.

Awesome cozy clinic. Went in for an eye exam and contact lens fitting. The staff was quick with check-in and was seen promptly. Doctor was very thorough, friendly, and patient. It did not feel rushed at all. Definitely recommend and will be back for yearly exams here.

I would just like to say a big THANK YOU,FA’AFETAI TELE LAVA and MAHALO to Hawaii Helping Hands for helping us this school year. The great customer service worker Mr.Ringo, you are so sweet,kind,helpful and friendly. I’m disabled and was looking for a way to help out my nieces and nephews with school supplies because there single mother is working and can’t afford to get them school supplies due to a lot of financial difficulties and everything just being so expensive and she’s trying her best to support her kids. But besides that, I just wanted to say we greatly appreciate your organization and your workers Hawaii Helping Hands.
